Room One with en-suite: Single size bed $300 + per week based on a minimum Fixed term lease 4 months
Room Two with en-suite: Double size bed $330 + per week based on a minimum fixed term lease 4 months
Room Three with en-suite: Queen size bed $350 + per week based on a minimum fixed term lease 4 months
Included in your weekly rate: Unlimited fast nbn, fair use of electricity and water, garden maintenance, off street parking and two sets of linen is Provided which is your responsibility to wash and maintain during the lease.
Kitchen consumables provided: dishwasher tablets,dishwashing liquid,bin bags,glad wrap,foil,baking paper, paper towel. . A starter kit is provided is provided in your room, then once those products are used, it is up to the individual to replace them.
Personal items are at the tenants expense
Personal items ,including personal computures and personal furniture are not covered by our landlord insurance.
Bond lodged with the RTA := the value of two weeks rent and two weeks rent in advance
current photo ID required.
