I stayed in Room 3 in Unit 2 for a short-period, as I had to move away because of the work situation. Helen is very professional who provides the best service that there is to ensure comfort and privacy of the tenants. Unlike many other accommodation service providers in Toowoomba, Helen is very approachable, and will ensure any issues are resolved immediately or at the earliest possible opportunity, should a tenant need anything fixed or have any issues otherwise. Everything is of superior quality – firm bed mattress for good sleep, linen, smart TV with a huge screen mounted on the wall in the room, heating light in the bathroom, and much more. The lounge room and kitchen are equipped with everything of superior quality as well. The whole place is tidy and clean and offers space and privacy one can ever need. Overall in my opinion, I got offered more service and comfort than I paid for – a professional accommodation service delivered in a customised way taking into consideration the tenant’s needs. This place is for clean and responsible people. I highly recommend staying in this place

Helen was delightful to have as a landlady being so straightforward and easy to deal with. The house was more than comfortable, well maintained and excellent value for money. Helen is very conscious about finding appropriate tenants so that there is harmony in the house. If you need a place to stay whilst working in Toowoomba West Street is an 11/10. Helen is a wonderful host and will look after you as a first class guest not simply a tenant. Issues are addressed immediately and maintenance is of the highest standard, a testament to Helen’s character. The accommodation is clean, tidy and very presentable and all the tenants that have come and gone in my time have always been respectful and polite. My near three year stay was completely without incident and if I ever had to return to Toowoomba, West Street is where I would stay without question.

Helen is an extremely nice, professional caring host. The minute I arrived at West Street I immediately felt comfortable. I stayed in Unit 1 for 14 months and I would highly recommend staying there to anyone staying in Toowoomba, short term or long term. I paid my weekly rent which covered all bills, and unlimited internet. I worked nightshift so Helen provided me with a fridge, microwave and kettle in the room so I would not be disturbing the other people staying there who were very easy to get along with, both doctors, Rodney and Kim. The apartment is fully furnished and room 3 has a very comfortable queen sized bed, all linen included and en-suite. Also there was a T.V. in the room. The apartment inside and out is really well maintained. Helen was really good drawing up a lease that was suitable to me, and was always a phone call away if anything needed to be fixed, which was very little, if any. Helen and Fred, I really thank you for providing me with such a nice stay, and anytime I'm in Toowoomba again, I will be calling you up for sure

I stayed at West Street share accommodation for a 3 month period while completing my final nursing placement at the Toowoomba base hospital. This is an ideal share accommodation to stay due to its close proximity to the Toowoomba CBD. There is free wifi services included, as well as all other living expenses. You have your own private well set out clean space in a lockable bedroom with ensuite. The land lady Helen was very accommodating to my needs and set up a contract suited to me, for the short stay that I required. Due to the shift work nature of my work, she provided a small fridge and microwave in my room so that I not be disturbing other tenants in the share kitchen when I got home at late hours of the night. Helen was always readily available on the phone and via email, she sorted out any issues (which where few) very quickly. Rules that applied where very reasonable and where set to keep all tenants happy. I would highly recommend this share accommodation to anyone requiring a place to stay in Toowoomba region.

I paid a weekly rent with everything covered so I didn't have to worry about those incoming bills. I found the vendors very friendly and helpful.
